Meditative Writing: A Creative Opening to Your Soul

Writing can be a very meditative practice that opens up creative pathways you may not even have known existed. During this 4-week workshop, we will use creative visualizations and gentle exercises to open you up to the writer living inside you. Attend one class or all four at a discount. Appropriate for both experienced and inexperienced writers. $30/class or 4 weeks for $100. Beginning Thursday, September 17 7:30-9 pm

Playful Art is a magic door opening to the celebration of life. Art invites us to see things in a different way. Play invigorates possibilities and opens us up to Spirit, aliveness, myth and each other. Come explore your imagination with your playful inner child and create your own story as you go. We will use ordinary materials in unique and original ways.
